WITH NATURALIS, I MAKE MY COSMETICS LIKE A CHEF

Naturalis from the Rowenta brand , is the innovative device that I wanted to talk to you about since its release last April. But, I was waiting to see it firsthand and it was done earlier this week.

In recent years, faced with the growing number of cases of allergies, health concerns and scientific studies having demonstrated the harmfulness of certain ingredients in our beauty products (paraben, synthetic fragrances, silicones, phenoxyethanol, surfactants etc.) ), we are becoming more and more vigilant about their composition. As a result, many of us turn to organic or natural cosmetic beauty products. Some, in order to control the ingredients from A to Z (100% natural of course), do not hesitate to make their own care with more or less success because, unfortunately, we are not all housed at the same teaches. Based on this observation, Rowenta created Naturalis, the first household appliance entirely dedicated to homemade care.

Medium in size if not small, Naturalis takes up very little space, the dimensions are 11.5 x 20.3cm, the design is modern and sophisticated. The use is simple and quick. Thanks to its cutting-edge technology inspired by the cosmetic industry, Naturalis " makes it possible to develop perfectly homogeneous preparations and fine emulsions with impeccable texture"according to the brand. In 1mn30 or 6mn30, it is possible for novices or the unskillful to carry out elaborate treatments , such as milks (make-up remover, body), scrubs (face and body), creams (face, hands) or balms. Naturalis does it all! There is more than ... choosing the right tool (mixer or emulsion), incorporating the ingredients (hydrosols, essential or vegetable oils), identifying your program (cold or hot), possibly adding other ingredients, then waiting a few minutes that the device faces the work and, the treatment is ready!

The cleaningis also facilitated since it suffices to pour water and liquid soap into the tank and then to start the cleaning program. Naturalis makes our job easier because it is sold with accessories (2 jars of cream of 100ml, 2 jars of cream of 50ml, 2 jars of 15ml, 2 measuring spoons, 1 spatula, 1 measuring cup) a starter kit which consists an emulsifier, a gelling agent and a preservative. And that's not all, a recipe preparation guide is provided. It was developed with the help of dermo-nutrition professionals: a dermatologist, an aesthetic doctor and Béatrice de Reynal , a nutritionist. During the presentation of Naturalis , I missed the preparation phase of a hand cream based on Damascus Rose Water , Shea Butter and Pomegranate Juice

       

(incredible as an ingredient!), however, I saw the end result. Delicately scented, the texture of this treatment is effectively perfectly homogeneous, smooth (without lumps) fine, and pleasant. It hydrates and nourishes the skin with delicacy and efficiency.

 

For who ?

Naturalis is mainly intended for those who want to get started in homemade cosmetics or, for those who systematically miss their preparations despite their intense motivation or, for those who doubt that they have respected the doses and the pause time between oily-aqueous-active phases, fearing to end up with plaques, itching or pimples on the body and face (this is my case). Those who already know a radius, will not see any use in Naturalis .

 

FINAL VERDICT .

Naturalis is the Rolls-Royce of homemade cosmetics for amateurs.  The price of 199.49 € is certainly not given to make homemade cosmetics only, it must be seen that it is very high technology almost miniaturized in a small classy device. It is, in my opinion, like a state-of-the-art food processor, for which we are generally less reluctant to pay the price. In addition, with Naturalis , it is impossible to miss your preparations and you can do them at will.
